AccentCare Acquires Front Porch HomeCare

IRVINE, Calif. (April 19, 2004) – AccentCare, announces the acquisition of certain assets of Front Porch HomeCare, a division of Front Porch Communities and Services, whose primary business is operating retirement communities. Front Porch HomeCare has been operating in the marketplace for 25 years and provides unskilled attendant & personal care services throughout Southern California. With a great reputation built over many years of service, we are thrilled to have their 250 clients and 250 caregivers become part of AccentCare.

AccentCare will continue serving residents living in Front Porch communities and looks forward to a long-term relationship with Front Porch, serving as their preferred attendant & personal care referral for their residents.
