AccentCare Announces Multi-Million Dollar Credit Facility

IRVINE, Calif. (November 5, 2003) – AccentCare, Inc. is pleased to announce a new, $15 million credit financing agreement with GMAC-RFC Health Capital. This three-year agreement will include replacement financing of Accent Care’s existing $7.5 million facility. The remaining borrowing availability will be used for working capital, acquisitions and general company purposes.
