Subject: VPN Check

If you have an AccentCare-issued laptop computer, please take the following steps. (Only laptops, not tablets)

Please ensure that VPN on your laptop computer is functioning properly. VPN is a program installed on your laptop that allows your laptop to connect to AccentCare’s network and AccentCare applications when you are working at home or remotely elsewhere.

Attached to this message is a set of detailed instructions on establishing a VPN connection from your laptop to the AccentCare network. This VPN check should be done outside the office.
