We believe that individuals and families are experts in their own care, which is why we offer a personalized plan of care for each patient and family we serve. Our community-based organization consists of a team of trained hospice and palliative care professionals that are committed to helping our patients and their loved ones live each day to the fullest.

We provide care to our patients wherever they call home, whether that is a private residence, nursing home, Assisted Living Facility, or other location. We understand that each patient and family’s journey and needs are different. As a Medicare-certified hospice, AccentCare is proud to offer all four levels of hospice care: Routine, Inpatient, Respite, and Continuous Care. We work with our patients and medical team to determine the level of care appropriate for each patient.

Featured Services

Staff at our call center are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on holidays.

Open Access is a hospice program that allows patients currently receiving medical treatments and/or experiencing intense psychosocial issues access to hospice services earlier; a blended model between curative and palliative care.

Sometimes when a patient is feeling sad, distressed, or in pain, hearing a familiar song from their youth or that brings back a particular memory seems to have a soothing effect. In fact, this is proven by science! Seasons provides music therapy to all of our patients who desire it because of the comfort and support that we’ve seen it provide again and again.

Namaste care involves meaningful sensory activities to stimulate the senses, promote relaxation, and offer comfort and serenity to our patients. It is designed to make patients feel valued and seen, and can enhance the lives of people of any age and with any disease, as well as providing moments of peace and tranquility to family caregivers. It is often particularly meaningful for patients with dementia.

Expert Counseling, Education and Grief Support

Support for the Unique Ways We Experience Grief and Loss

During an end-of-life journey, a patient may have uncontrolled symptoms that cannot be managed in their home or facility. Care in a AccentCare inpatient center (IPC) allows eligible patients to come to a location where they can receive around-the-clock care from hospice professionals.

Accepted Insurance

Medicare, Medicaid and the majority of private insurance plans have a hospice benefit that covers costs associated with hospice care. In many cases AccentCare is able to advocate for our patients and secure insurance coverage on a case-by-case basis. Our team can help you navigate this process and will keep you informed every step of the way.
